While the person performing the cleaning was very hard working and did her job to the best of her abilities, there seems to have been a miscommunication on behalf of her employer or manager. She did not have the appropriate tools to perform a deep cleaning and had to use my household supplies from the broom, mop, swiffer broom, bleach wipes, paper towels, cleaning solutions... She said she was unaware that she had to deep clean for 6 hours, as the job entailed, and may not be able to finish in time. The company sent her to deep clean an entire two bedroom house, in six hours, alone, with limited supplies. During the cleaning, a representative from the company called to check on how things were going, I expressed my concerns and they apologetically told me that for clients in "the city" their workers only come with limited supplies as there is limited parking in the city so they don't drive to the locations. However that those clients in Westchester "get all the supplies", and if I wanted two cleaners that would be at a higher fee. He thanked me for my feedback and offered me a discount if I chose to have another cleaning session again. I don't think I'll be using this company again
